All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification once your order has been shipped. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UTC+2) will be processed on the next business day.

Rates and Estimates for Domestic Shipping:

Our products are available for sale in Europe and the French Overseas Territories.

For mainland France, delivery is free for orders over €150.

International Shipping:

For Europe, delivery is free for orders over €150.

For other eligible countries and the French Overseas Territories, we offer a flat rate of 9.99€ for shipping fees.

Order Status:

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@starwifi.fr, providing your name and order number.

For shipments with Colissimo and Chronopost, you can track your package on the postal service's website.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the total amount of the order minus the return shipping fees.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@starwifi.fr with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
