Which carriers do we work with?

All shipments to Metropolitan France, french overseas departments, Europe, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom are handled by Colissimo, Chronopost or DHL.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

The processing time for your order is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and french public holidays).

Which countries do we ship our products to?

We ship our products to Metropolitan France, french overseas departments, Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus South, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden), Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia and South Africa.

Please note that for Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and french overseas departments we do not charge VAT, but you will be responsible for import fees and VAT (if applicable).

When will I receive my order?

For orders within Metropolitan France, delivery will be made in 3-6 working days (including order processing).

For orders within Europe, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, delivery will be made in 5-8 working days (including order processing).

What are the shipping costs?

Standard delivery is free for Metropolitan France.

For standard delivery to Europe, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, the cost is €9.99 for orders under €150. For orders over €150, standard delivery is free.
