Troubleshooting guide for Starwifi maritime kit
PoE LED status:
• LED indication: Blinking 🔴 LED: over-voltage protection. The input voltage exceeds 56V
• LED indication: Blinking 🟡 LED: under-voltage protection. The input voltage is insufficient to power the PoE (below 40V). This will indicate an issue with either the cable gauge / length, cable connections or discharged batteries.
• LED indication: Blinking 🟡❖🔴 LED - When the input voltage does not return to normal for more than 20 seconds. The output will be locked, a reboot is needed.
• LED indication: No light - reverse polarity protection. Check your connection from the converter to the PoE and swap your + and - cable.
• LED indication: 🔴 LED: Over-current protection. The output power will be turned off for 10 seconds if total consumption exceeds 10A.
• LED indication: Blinking 🔵❖🔴 LED - If the over-current lasts over 20 seconds. The output will be locked, a reboot is needed.
• LED indication: 🔴 LED: The output power will be turned off for 10 seconds if any RJ45 line consumption exceeds 3.2A.
• LED indication: Blinking 🔵❖🔴 LED - If the over-current lasts over 20 seconds. The output will be locked, a reboot is needed.
For normal working conditions: during startup LED glows White, in working mode LED glows 🟢.
